The Inclusion Foundation (formerly known as e.motion21) is a for-purpose organisation that champions the inclusion of people with Down syndrome. We see an inclusive world, where people with Down syndrome are equal, active and respected members of society. Our new name better reflects our expanded focus and broader strategic objectives of our work through the emotion21 and impact21 programs. After two years of development, in February 2019 the Impact21 Pilot Program was launched in conjunction with Torrens University Australia, our national employer partners PwC Australia, JB Hi-Fi, DuluxGroup, Deakin University, Sodexo, and CVGT, with funding from the Australian Federal Government, and now the Victorian Government. Impact21 is an intensive university-based employment course designed for Employers and young adults with Down syndrome that leads to meaningful employment.
