This easy recipe uses a muffin pan for individual servings, perfect for dinner and/or meal prep. Enjoy these mini meatloaf muffins! #foodchannel #cookingshow #cookingchannel #turkeymeat #groundturkey #meatmuffins #cupcakemeatloaf Ingredients 1 lb ground Turkey 1/2 green and colored red pepper 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce 1/4 coconut milk 1 tsp turmeric 1 small onion chopped 1 egg 1 tbs ketchup Instructions Season ground Turkey w garlic pepper. Add chopped peppers and onions in turkey. In a separate bowl, mix the egg and ketchup together. Add one slice of bread. Add that mixture in the turkey. Mix the turkey mixture. Spoon in muffin pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes until brown. Remove individual meatloaf muffins and when cool, remove from paper. Slather with barbecue, serve and enjoy!
