Police Involvement in Civilian Review Board Rare

Concerns about the commission that exonerated three St. Paul Police officers after a controversial skyway arrest last January, will be discussed by the Mayor and leaders within the African-American community in the coming weeks, according to a statement released by the Mayor's office Wednesday morning.
