Hello all! Continuing with the DiRT Rally Career, I'm playing the 1960's Open Championship again. I'm in the Powys, Wales event with four stages. On this final stage, my Samir channeling was strong (You're Doing it Wrong!) so I had to use another Restart. This allowed me to improve a bit, but in the end I didn't manage to improve enough. Luckly I didn't descend out of the progressing place, but I need to up the ante for the next two events or I'll fail on my attempt to progress on the career mode. On the technical side, for this series I used the Microsoft GameDVR recording software, and the output I processed using Shotcut to simply transcode from the RAW format to the YouTube preset of the program using h264 Intel QSV hardware encoding preset. I was able to notice some frame dropping during the recording stage, but until I'm able to afford capturing hardware I'll simply have to keep recording in this way.
