This was part of a longer stream, but I am making it a separate video because it is good legal knowledge. As you may know, Qanon Shaman Jacob Chansley recently plead guilty to his involvement in the Capitol Riot, and was sentences to 41 months. He is now appealing both his conviction (which he agreed to) and his sentence. In today's video we discuss how a plea negotiation works using Mr. Chansley's plea as a teaching tool, and discuss the finer point of what pleas are and what they contain.
