Ingedients: 2 cups all purpose flour or cake flour, 2 cups sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 3/4 cup cocoa, 1 cup vegtable oil, 1 cup buttermilk, 1 cup hot coffee, 2 eggs, and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Sift and whisk dry ingredients together in mixing bowl, add oil, buttermilk, eggs, coffee, and vanilla to dry ingredients and mix well. Bake cake in 325 preheated oven into 2 cake pans, 8 or 9 inch. Spray with baking spray. Cake needs to bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely before frosting the cake. Vanilla Buttercream : 4 cups powdered sugar, 2 sticks softened butter, 2 teaspoons vanilla. 3 to 4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream. Cream butter and add powdered sugar, and cream and vanilla, you may want to frost cake with a thin layer and chill in fridge a few minutes before adding the rest of the frosting to the cake. Cake is super moist and picks up fine crumbs. Cut a piece and enjoy!
