Mother of child found dead in suitcase pleads guilty to child abuse, endangerment

Elsa Oliver, the mother of a boy found in a suitcase in 2014, pleaded guilty Tuesday to three charges. Prosecutors also filed documents dropping other charges but reserving the right to bring them in the future.
