Mass Effect 2 (With Mods) Playthrough This is a New Game+ playthrough of Mass Effect 2 (Legendary Edition) with mods installed. This playthrough will NOT include the N7 missions due to most of them being standalone and not having much relevance in Mass Effect 3. Some basic details for this playthrough: I will be playing as a level 30 (max level) Sentinel (imported from a 100% playthrough of ME1) on Insanity difficulty I will be showcasing as much dialogue as possible for worldbuilding, context, continuity, and character development (not to mention the writing and voice acting) I will be completing hub world missions due to their relatively short length as well as some of them tying into ME1 and/or ME3 Project Firewalker, Overlord, Lair of the Shadow Broker, and Arrival will be included All squad members recruited and all loyalty missions completed No squad members or Normandy crew lost during the Collector Station Regarding the Collector Station (for those that do not know), purchasing the Normandy upgrades from Garrus, Tali, and Jacob ensure no casualties during the approach. While completing all loyalty missions increases all squad members' survivability, choosing the right squad member for the right task determines if there will be casualties. Interestingly, the Suicide Mission Overhaul Mod allows squad members to succeed at tasks they would normally fail IF you brought them on missions against Collectors (specifically Horizon and the Collector Ship). However, in the spirit of the original, I make choices that ensure no casualties without this mod. To my knowledge and experience, the best choices are: Tech Specialist: Legion, Tali, or Kasumi Fire Team Leader: Miranda or Garrus Biotic Specialist: Jack or Samara Normandy Crew Escort: Mordin Similar to my ME1 playthrough, I will be mainly making Paragon choices even though I do choose a few Renegade responses in dialogue. Some of the choices I make include: Having Tali bring Veetor back to the Migrant Fleet Ensuring Reegar survives Haestrom Arresting Ronald Taylor Encouraging Miranda to speak with Oriana Supporting Kasumi in keeping Keiji's memories and data Ensuring Zaeed kills Vido (also saved the refinery workers thanks to Zaeed's Wholesome Revenge Mod) Helping Grunt complete his Rite of Passage Convincing Mordin to save Maelon's genophage cure data Helping Samara kill Morinth Helping Jack destroy the Teltin facility Helping Thane stop Kolyat Encouraging Legion to rewrite the geth heretics Encouraging Garrus to spare Sidonis Exonerating Tali without tarnishing her father's name Staying on good terms with the Council Sending David Archer to Grissom Academy Destroying the Collector Station Once again, thanks to all the mod creators for their incredible work!
