I found myself constantly looking at my phone whenever there was any kind of lull or break, and I knew it was getting bad, so I decided to cold turkey quit social media for 2 days just to see what would happen. In this video I tell you what happened. You see Instagram and Facebook and really all of the social media companies spend millions of dollars and have the most brilliant people working round the clock to figure out how to keep you on their platforms. They want you addicted, so they make more money, and they do a great job at it. I really didn't know just how addicted I was until this break. If you think you might have an imbalance with social media in your life, I urge you to try the steps I outline in this video and pay attention to some of the things that you do during the break, so you can fully realize and see just how addicted you might be, and so you can break the addiction and regain control of a healthy balance with social media.
