Made in Blender Cycles. The render took more than 30 hours to complete. Adobe After Effects was used for a few extra touches. Back in 2013, I tried making this intro using Blender and After Effects, masking the letters and only generating the world behind the letters. After many hours I had to give up, since the result did not look good enough and I was running out of RAM, with After Effects filling up all 24 GB I had. Now, I found that someone else already did it, and they did an amazing job. Watch it in 1080p Full HD at 60 fps!
