Below was today's workout: SQUAT DAY: 1A: Banded Hack Squats 5x4 1B: Standing Banded Leg Adductions 5x8 2A: Pulse Rep Low Bar Back Squats 4x6 3A: Split Stance Barbell Lunges 3x8 *1a notes: Mini band around knees to force hip engagement. *1b notes: Long band fastened somewhere low; one leg balance while other pulls. *2a notes: Hit lowest depth and only come up half way before next rep. *3a notes: Stay in split stance for each rep; hips and bar should rise up at same time.
