Soften cheese and butter and blend well. Stir in flour. Chill one hour. Shape into 24 one inch balls. Place in ungreased mini muffin tins. Press down to form crust. Filling 1 egg 1/4 cup granular swerve mixed with 1 tsp blackstrap molasses 1/2 cup granular swerve 1 Tbsp butter 1 tsp vanilla dash of salt 3/4 cup of chopped pecans Beat egg, sweeteners, butter, vanilla and salt until smooth. Divide half the nuts among the pastry cups. Add egg mixture. Top with remaining nuts. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. In a medium bowl combine almond flour, sugar substitute, salt and baking powder. Set aside. In a medium bowl combine heavy whipping cream, sour cream, and eggs. Mix until fully combined. Add wet ingredients to the dry ones and gently stir until fully incorporated. Next add the melted butter and stir until mixed. Add one Tbsp butter to the pre-heated 9 inch cast iron skillet and then add the batter to the skillet.
