ATV Experts from the University of Bradford have discovered the bones of King Richard the III's pet dog infamously know as Derek. DNA matched that of the current UK 's monarch family corgi. A local man John Burger first stumbled across the dogs remains on August 7th after taking his dog Homer for leisurely walk in Bradford City Park. Mr Burger reported that his dog Homer has sniffed out the bones and began to dig at the ground, frankly he then preceded to remove the bones from the ground. John Burger reported that it was unusual when his dog was pulling up the grass so he knew that it may have been some importance. Thanks to Homer we have a piece of extraordinary history!
