Freakin Throwdown 2022

Freakin Throwdown is back for 2022. Throwdown is the main functional fitness event of the @FitCon Expo, taking place at the Miramar Regional Park, in sunny Miramar Florida. Date: Nov. 5th Divisions: Three Person Same Gender -RX -Intermediate -Novice -Masters Four Person COED -RX (Throwdown for the Crown) -Intermediate -Novice NEW DIVISION: Our RX “Throwdown for the Crown 👑 “ division Is new to the Throwdown format. -Each gym In Florida will be given a code to use to register up to 2 teams (34 gym spots available). -All athletes must be from the gym they represent. -Team Names are the name of the gym they represent. -Athletes are competing for their gym. -A trophy 🏆 will be given to the winning gym to hold for 1 year. They must bring back the trophy for the next year to battle again to maintan their reign. -There will be a cash purse prize for the Winning gym.
