irma Looters in Miami shocked moment footage

Looters have been filmed apparently raiding shops across Florida as the state continues to be battered by Hurricane Irma. Dozens of people have been arrested after allegedly stealing from shops that were boarded up as the deadly storm approached. Shocking footage, which emerged today, appears to show raiders in Miami clutching boxes of shoes taken from shuttered stores. Local news channel WPLG caught the group of eight or nine people allegedly breaking into a sportswear shop before moving on to other stores. Miami-Dade Police tweeted overnight: "28 arrests so far for burglary/looting. Our officers remain on patrol and the curfew is in effect until 7am.
