This handy chutney can be used in the preparation of several recipes including chaat, sandwiches and even parathas, apart from being served as a delightful accompaniment to several Indian snacks. Preparation Time: 10 minutes Makes 1 cup Ingredients 2 cups roughly chopped mint leaves (pudina) 1 cup roughly chopped coriander (malli/dhania) 1 cup roughly chopped curry leaves (Karuvepilai) 4 green chillies roughly chopped salt to taste 1/2 tbsp lemon juice Recipe 1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste using enough water. 2. Serve immediately or refrigerate till use.
