Ukrainian President Zelensky accuses Russia of 'nuclear blackmail'
Russia's capture of Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant and its actions there that have led to all six reactors being completely shut down amount to "nuclear blackmail", President Volodymyr Zelensky told a Sydney-based think tank on Thursday (October 6) via video.
