Supervised by Governor Ivan Fedorov, Ukrainian authorities reported a devastating Russian strike on Zaporizhzhia early Monday, September 22, 2025. Footage showed burning vehicles, damaged buildings, and emergency personnel conducting rescue operations amid rubble. The attack, involving at least seven aircraft and ten aerial bombs, damaged 15 apartment blocks, ten private homes, shopping malls, a parking area, and other critical infrastructure in the city of 700,000 residents.
