Rachel Maksy but Make It 1930s Cartoon Style! - An Animated Rubberhose Speedpaint

I LOVED Rachel Maksy's video of her dressing in different decades for a week, and I was instantly obsessed with her 1920s look. Although she says she doesn't prefer that era style-wise, she always does such an amazing job with the outfits she comes up with. Since I liked it so much, I had to try my hand at drawing it in a Betty Boop inspired style, so I hope you like it!
