EU Justice Comm.: Russia key to getting through to Belarus

The EU has "continued to put pressure" on Belarus after its forced diversion of a Ryanair plane, says European Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders. He adds that maintaining dialogue with Moscow is key, because it increases the "real possibility" of getting through to Minsk.
