🔧 Installation Steps: 1. Drain Engine Oil: Place a drain pan under the engine and remove the oil drain bolt to drain the engine oil completely. This prevents oil spillage during the installation. 2. Locate the Tensioner Assembly: On the right side of the engine, locate the timing chain tensioner cover. It's typically secured with two bolts. 3. Remove the Tensioner Cover: Use a socket wrench to remove the bolts and take off the tensioner cover. Be cautious as some oil may still be present. 4. Remove Old Tensioner Rod and Spring: Carefully extract the old tensioner rod and spring. Note their orientation for correct installation of the new parts. 5. Install New Tensioner Rod and Spring: Insert the new tensioner rod into its housing, ensuring it's aligned correctly. Follow with the spring, making sure it's seated properly. 6. Reattach the Tensioner Cover: Place the tensioner cover back and secure it with the bolts. Tighten them evenly to ensure a proper seal. 7. Refill Engine Oil: Reinsert the oil drain bolt and refill the engine with the appropriate amount of clean engine oil. 8. Start the Engine and Check: Start the motorcycle and let it idle. Listen for any unusual noises. A properly installed tensioner should eliminate any rattling sounds from the timing chain. #springtensionrod #springtensionerreview #spring #inachaintensionerspring #springtensioncurtainrods #mercedestensionersprongtiming chain tensioner noise timing chain tensioner timing chain tensioner repair timing chain tensioner adjustment timing chain tensioner replacement timing chain tensioner noise tamil timing chain tensioner working timing chain tensioner oil leak timing chain terlalu tegang timing chain tensioner sound 1.    • How to adjust bike fuel mileage by carbure...   2.    • How to rebuild bike engine | How to remove...   3.    • How to install Clutch hosing | How To inst...   4.    • How to Valve Clearance Adjust | How To Mot...   5.    • How to install Cylinder Head | How to inst...   6.    • How to repair disc brake | How To Repair D...
