A closer look at...Big Chief Studios 4th Doctor - Zavvi re-issue

A year or so ago, in a surprising move, Big Chief Studios announced a deal with Zavvi to re-release five of their long sought after and out of production Doctor Who figures. These figures would be 'budget' releases; pared down with minimal accessories and packaging. However, whilst the figures would be largely the same the paint apps would be different and in the case of the fourth Doctor, massively improved.
