Warm start to April | Few late day storms possible

We kick off April with warm sunshine and well above average temperatures. Warm winds will push afternoon temperatures into the low-to-mid 80s Wednesday afternoon. Storms are expected to fire up in the late day heat. Storms will first develop in the mountains and foothills in the afternoon and then track east into the Piedmont.
