Sports Medicine Ethics Panel Discussion | National Fellow Online Lecture Series
A group of experts took part in a Sports Medicine Ethics Panel Discussion as part of the AMSSM National Fellow Online Lecture Series. The session was moderated by Nathaniel Nye, MD. The discussion featured Kathryn Ackerman, MD, MPH; Denise Dudzinski, PhD, HEC-C; R. Amadeus Mason, MD; Matthew Sedgley, MD and AMSSM Founder and Past President Jeff Tanji, MD, FAMSSM. The topics of discussion focused on conflicts of interest, duties to player vs team, confidentiality, and regulation of hyperandrogenism in female athletes.
