The last Ancient Mechanism will grant you the best legendary outfit in the game, Isu Armor. To reach that point, you need to find every single Stone Circle (there are 12), every Ancient Mechanism (there are 6), and at last visit Giza and go below The Great Sphinx with 50 Silica on your back.
