I played the tower for 40 hours right after I beat ToID and got to 4 on ToINE 3 times before dropping it for ToV. After a month or two, I got to floor 7 on ToV five times (one of the 7 runs weren't with FFlags) and I came back to ToINE where I spent another 40 hours and I reached floor 6 three times this time. Then I dropped ToINE for the 2nd time to do other things. Another three to four months have passed by and I just came back to ToINE a few days ago and immediately got my fourth and fifth 6 run in a day. Today is my second day of regrinding ToINE and I got to floor 6 THREE TIMES IN A ROW. The first 6 run I got today ended with me failing the middle of the floor, the second 6 run ended up in an 8 run which was already crazy enough to me because it was my first floor 7 run and I fluked all of floor 7 making it to floor 8. I unfortunately failed the start of the floor and I was considering ending the session but I decided to give the tower one more go and this is where I got. Surpassing the world record and being the first to reach floor 9. It's even crazier to me that I fluked all the chokepoints of floor 9 and easily could've made it to floor 10 (floor 10 is an easy floor so I had a real possibility of completing the tower this run). Unfortunately my nerves got to me and I failed some easy jump. This run is probably the hardest achievement in this game behind floor 7 being reached in Citadel of Void.
