Elana, the Squalid Queen SL1 NG+7 CoC +0 Weapons No Rolling/Blocking/Parrying
From my experience I don't think she has a limit on the amount of times she can summon Velstadt. I had an attempt were she summoned four Velstadts in a row. Another thing to mention is that the skeletons can parry you, which I had happened to me numerous times during attempts. And for those interested I only had Elana summon pigs a total of 5 times during attempts.
