Gigabyte RTX 3080 Gaming OC Overclock Failures and Tests

This is a video I capture showing that the card doesn't boost over 2,040 Mhz naturally and with an overclock will crash. I use Timespy and Port Royal I then use Escape from Tarkov to show overclock instability on the card. Nvidia Overlay running the whole time to track the FPS and Speed as it goes through. This is a stock card and I haven't changed any setting apart from boosting the clock as shown in the video. 00:00 - Start 07:04 - First Timespy Score - No Overclock - 15 572 13:55 - First Port Royal Score - No Overclock - 11 148 21:45 - Second TimeSpy Score - +50 Mhz Overclock - Successful Pass - 15 719 27:14 - Test Fail to Auto Display Switch 33:30 - Second Port Royal Score - +65 Mhz Overclock - Successful Pass - 11 407 40:59 - Fourth Timespy Score - +75 Mhz Overclock - Successful Pass - 15 670 46:28 - Fifth Time Spy Score - +75 Mhz Overclock - Successful Pass - 15 721 48:51 - First Crash - +100 Mhz Overclock 51:59 - Second Crash - Tarkov - +75Mhz 54:24 - 3rd Crash - Tarkov - +65 Mhz 56:45 - 4th Crash - Tarkov - +50 Mhz 57:26 - Tarkov runs fine no overclock. The video isn't edited. In the middle of the test runs, my TV turns on and causes a failure of a test. I have 3 Monitor running which may affect my scores. Also not a clean install. I reverted to only Timespy tests as Port Royal wasnt maxing the GPU boost.
