Watch Dogs Getting Hacked - I spot the hacker before he can move in

I had just dropped in to a quick travel point so really wasn't expecting a hack, but I'd been in the options menu for a minute or so. As I exited the gates, I noticed a character on a bike that wasn't acting like normal A.I. Sure enough, turn around, and he tried to look casual as he walked over some coal piles. Very satisfying.
