Stockton man arrested after Napa County crash kills six, CHP says

Six people are dead after a suspected DUI crash in unincorporated Napa County on Sunday evening. The California Highway Patrol says a Toyota Sienna minivan veered off Pope Valley Road and struck a tree, killing six of the eight people inside. The driver, 53-year-old Norberto Celerino Villalva of Stockton, and another passenger were airlifted with major injuries. CHP later arrested Villalva on suspicion of DUI causing injury and death.
