Today we made Air Fried Falafel!!! Welcome back to My Vegan World! Here is the easy simple recipe: 3 cans garbanzo beans 1 medium onion 1 bunch cilantro or parsley or both 3-4 cloves garlic 2-3 teaspoon flour of choice Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika Sprinkle of sesame seeds Started out with chopping up about 1 medium onion. Then cook in a pan with some water for about 10 mins so the onion can get soft. Add chopped garlic and seasoning Then while that is happening wash the cilantro/parsley and chop it up. Also drain the garbanzo beans and then put in a bowl and mash up. Once mashed add cilantro/parsley, flour, and onion garlic mixture and seasoning. Mix well and then taste and reseason if needed. Form into shape of choice. I used the 1/4 cup measuring cup to make mine. Then put on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and put into the toaster oven/air frier at 350 for about 20 minutes. Bumped it up to 400 for about 5 minutes to finish them off. Came out delicious and made a pita sandwich with tomato, cucumber, spinach or lettuce, and tahini Thanks for watching please like this video and subscribe to our channel.
