Great applause also for the film on Elonora Duse. || “The Voice of Hind Rajab” deeply moved the Sala Grande of the Venice Film Festival, receiving a standing ovation lasting almost 24 minutes, the longest of the edition. Directed by Tunisian Kaouther Ben Hania, the film tells the tragic story of little Hind, killed in Gaza in 2024. Using real recordings of her last calls for help, the work touched the hearts of the audience, eliciting tears and prolonged applause. “Duse,” the biopic directed by Pietro Marcello, was shot in the Veneto region, with filming in Venice, including the Teatro La Fenice and Palazzo Fortuny.
