This lesson is the final lesson of Module 4, "Le Futur," in which I explain a particular structure used to express the future using the conjunction "quand" (when) in French. I emphasize that this structure is simple and can impress examiners. However, the French structure is slightly different from the English structure. In English, the present tense is used after the conjunction "when," which refers to a future event, while in French, the future tense is used. I provide an example sentence, "When I am older, I will be a doctor," and explains that in French, it would be translated to "Quand je serai plus âgé, je serai médecin."
