Build Showcase: Toucan Tornado Poison Assassin

The moment I saw that Saqawals Flock got buffed and Tornados might be viable, I had to make this build work. Turns out, its a helluva lot stronger than I would have ever hoped. Stacking the typical Poison Assassin approach together with Tornado's rapid hit and cast rate produces quite exceptional results edging into almost autobomber territory, and yet it also has pretty decent single target too!
