Keep stirring when sugar is added to avoid sticking and burningIngredients:1/2 Kg Sliced Keri (raw mango)1 1/2 Cups Sugar (Cheeni 300 grams)1 Tspn Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chilli Powder)1 Tspn Namak (Salt)1 Tspn Kala Namak (Black Salt)1 Tspn Zeera (Cumin Seeds)1 Tbspn Oil8-10 Kali Mirch (Black Pepper)5 Laung (Cloves)1 Inch Adrak (Ginger)1 Cup Paani (Water)2 Tbspn Sirka (Vinegar)Instructions:Heat up pot, add oil, zeera, kali mirch, laung and saute' it for 1 minute. Add Keri slices and cook for another 2 minutes. Add water, cover pot and cook for 5 mins.Add cheeni, lal mirch, namak and kala namak, cook for 5 mins until sugar is dissolved. Add vinegar. Cook for 2 minutes and turn off stove.
