You can use the fresh one as well. I am soaking these in warm water for approx 15-20 minutes. No need to soak the fresh one of course. These are 2 medium-sized onion. Cut these into slices. and fry these in vegetable oil and strain. Now put these in a mixer grinder and make a fine paste. But no need to add water at all. These are dry spices. I am taking a piece of cinnamon stick, 2 pcs of black cardamom, 3pcs of green cardamom, a small piece of mace, 3-4 pcs of cloves and 5-7 pieces of peppercorns. It is 200 grams of fresh curd. In this, I am adding a half tablespoon of red chili powder, one teaspoon of coriander powder, one teaspoon of cumin powder, A quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder, Mix well. Add dry spices, fry for few seconds, add spice mixed curd, Fry for approx 5 minutes at high heat. Add one teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and mix.
