An East Rand man accused of attempting to murder his wife has been denied bail at the Palmridge Magistrate's Court. Matome Dikgale is accused of strangling his wife, Nthabiseng last month. She was rushed to hospital and admitted to ICU. Dikgale was granted bail erroneously, just hours after the incident. But prosecutors revoked it after a public outcry.
