( quantity : 12 Nos.) Required Ingredients are: For Outer Covering- All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 2 bowl oil - 4 tbsp salt - 1 tsp water - as per requirment For Filling - Soaked moong dal - 1/2 bowl Gram Flour (Besan) - 4 tbsp oil - 2 tbsp cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp aniseeds (Sauf) - 1/2 tsp turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp red chilly powder - 1 tsp coriander powder - 1 tsp Aamchur powder - 1 tsp Heeng - 1/4 tsp Salt - according to the taste ( I used 1 tsp) oil for frying - 500 ml
