BEST NEW VEX "Rooker" BUILD in Borderlands 4

DLC 1 new weapon is crazy. Here is the BEST New Vex Build in Borderlands 4 using the Rooker weapon which has a very cool legendary effect reminiscent of Yondu from Guardians of the Galaxy 2 played by Michael Rooker. Bloodshot stacks up nicely since this is an Order weapon, and we can charge it up to full stacks with an enhancement to do some pretty gnarly damage. This build is a ton of fun using the new weapon!
