Is Ahsoka's Finale a Set Up for Mandalorian Season 4?

As we all wait for the Ahsoka show finale this Tuesday, we can't help but have theories that it will end on a cliffhanger and with the villains winning. I believe the finale will lead and actually set up into Mandalorian season 4. The Mando season 3 finale left everything ok with Din and Grogu.
