Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has cut short a holiday in Hawaii, and apologised for taking a vacation as the country battles an unprecedented bushfire crisis. Public anger has risen after two volunteer firefighters were killed battling bushfires sweeping the east coast. Their truck was hit by a falling free on the front line. Mr Morrison issued a statement, saying he "deeply regretted any offence caused" by him taking a family holiday at this time.
