London Eye time lapse at sunset

If you are looking for things to do in London, one thing you must put on your list is The London Eye. It reaches 443 feet (135 meters) high giving you an incredible view of London and the surrounding areas. It takes about 30 minutes to make the ride around, but it feels a lot shorter. We timed our ride to be close to sunset. In the video there are great views of Big Ben and the Thames River. They recommend you buy tickets in advance and schedule your ride time. At certain times of the year there can be a long wait. However, during out visit in late November there was no wait at all.
