Tropical storm Kay brings rain, winds and possible flooding; forces some school closures

Strong winds and rain are hitting San Diego county, a big contrast to the sweltering heat of the past week or so. But KPBS reporter Tania Thorne tells us we’re in for a sticky and muggy weekend.
