Check out the first circuit created at Camp Rhino. It features a brutal set of tasks that will work your entire body from start to finish. I did this after doing the obstacle course a bunch so I was able to simulate fatigued muscles late in a race. Definitely a great challenge! Station #1 0:12 100lb bag carry Station #2 0:34 Cart Push Station #3 0:53 Jump Steps Station #4 1:07 Sandbag over Climb Over Sandbag Bag Station #5 1:19 Tire Pull Carry Back Station #6 1:50 Dolly Crunch Station #7 2:30 Log Over (I got confused thought I had to lift it with my legs too haha) Station #8 3:02 Balance Squats (Thanks Julie for the demo!) Station #9 4:18 Tire Flip (2 there, 2 back) Station #10 4:47 10 Burpees Hop inbetween Station #11 6:00 Monkey Bars Station #12 6:28 20 Chin Ups (Dead hang everytime) This killed my time lol Station #13 8:43 20 Leg lifts (I couldn't seem to get my balance right since it felt like I was low to the ground. I know what to do next time to not lose so much time) Station #14 10:52 10 Box Jumps Station #15 12:17 Tire Pull Up Let Down Overall time 12m 25s, I'm going to get a better time next time.
