Desperate Measures is arguably the best mission in this game, if your wondering how come I already have the evidence, well It's because this is not my frist recording of this mission and I failed a few times on it last night while I was trying to record as this mission can be quite tricky on Realism. (the evidence can be at random locations anyways)
