Presented By: Dr. Nizar Yousif Dr. Elisa Nent Speaker Biography: Dr. Nizar Yousif works as a Global Product Manager for Immunology and Immuno-Oncology at Miltenyi Biotec. He gained several years of experience in immunology research in academia and has a profound knowledge in a wide range of immunology/neuroimmunology applications. Following his doctoral and postdoctoral research at the Laboratory of Translational Psychiatry, University Medical Center, Freiburg, Germany, Nizar joined Miltenyi Biotec and is currently advancing the broad product portfolio for immunology, myeloid cells, and tumor microenvironment applications. Dr. Elisa Nent joined Miltenyi Biotec as a Global Product Manager for Neuroscience in 2020. Before, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Immunobiology and Epigenetics in Freiburg, Germany, where she studied the migration of microglia. Elisa originally comes from the Bonn-Cologne area, where she also completed her studies and obtained her Ph.D. in the field of neuroscience.
