WPC089 Power/Driver Board Repair and Test
As is happening more these days, C2 leaked and corroded the parts to the left of the cap and also the blanking trace that runs from pin 1 of U1 to pin 1 of U2, U3, etc. This prevented the blanking signal from reaching U2 and subsequent parts and therefore coils, flashers, and lamps were inoperative.
