Inferno is the hardest difficulty and getting an S rank requires you to beat the game in under 2 hours with no more than 5 manual saves. Don't even attempt this without the infinite rocket launcher since it doesn’t void the trophy. The enemies in inferno are more aggressive and soak up your bullets, especially nemesis. Nemesis stage 3 is highly unpredictable and will kill you in one hit. In a nutshell just get the rocket launcher. You’ll thank yourself.
