Transcript: Do you know that Neuvilette's weapon is about to get cracked? Yes, you heard it right. Neuvilette's signature weapon is called the Tome of the Eternal Flow. In it, we get a ton of crit damage, a whopping 88% crit damage at level 90. But the base attack is a bit on the lower side, at 541. The catch here is its passive ability, which is not meant for other catalyst characters. The passive is: "HP is increased by 16%. When current HP increases or decreases, Charged Attack DMG will be increased by 14% for 4 seconds. Max 3 stacks, can be triggered once every 0.3 seconds. When you have 3 stacks or refresh a third stack's duration, 8 Energy will be restored. This Energy restoration effect can be triggered once every 12 seconds." You can make it work in certain conditions, like using it with Bennett , kuki or may be some healer character to trigger its passive for a short time. Or if you get hit by corrosion or an enemy attack. Well, I'll definitely try to get this weapon. Let me know in the comments if you'll be pulling for this weapon. Next up, we have our One Punch Man, Wriothesley's weapon, named "Cashflow Supervision." Just like the Tome of the Eternal Flow gave us crit damage, this one will provide us with crit rate, which will be 22.1% at level 90. And the base attack on this one is impressive at 674. Its passive ability is: "ATK is increased by 16%. When current HP increases or decreases, Normal Attack DMG will be increased by 16% and Charged Attack DMG will be increased by 14% for 4 seconds. Max 3 stacks. This effect can be triggered once every 0.3 seconds. When the wielder has 3 stacks, ATK SPD will be increased by 8%." Well, this one might be a skip for many players. Now, let's see what materials are needed to level up these weapons. Here are the level up materials for both weapons on the screen. So, friends, share this video with your Genshin friends and let me know your thoughts in the comments. And don't forget to like the video.
