Neuvillette & Wriothesley's Weapons are INSANE!! 88% Crit Damage 😱- Genshin Impact

Transcript: Do you know that Neuvilette's weapon is about to get cracked? Yes, you heard it right. Neuvilette's signature weapon is called the Tome of the Eternal Flow. In it, we get a ton of crit damage, a whopping 88% crit damage at level 90. But the base attack is a bit on the lower side, at 541. The catch here is its passive ability, which is not meant for other catalyst characters. The passive is: "HP is increased by 16%. When current HP increases or decreases, Charged Attack DMG will be increased by 14% for 4 seconds. Max 3 stacks, can be triggered once every 0.3 seconds. When you have 3 stacks or refresh a third stack's duration, 8 Energy will be restored. This Energy restoration effect can be triggered once every 12 seconds." You can make it work in certain conditions, like using it with Bennett , kuki or may be some healer character to trigger its passive for a short time. Its passive ability is: "ATK is increased by 16%. When current HP increases or decreases, Normal Attack DMG will be increased by 16% and Charged Attack DMG will be increased by 14% for 4 seconds. Max 3 stacks. This effect can be triggered once every 0.3 seconds. When the wielder has 3 stacks, ATK SPD will be increased by 8%." Well, this one might be a skip for many players.
