You wake up in the morning and it means your mood is off, you will be irritated, you will not feel like talking to anyone . So, what is the reason behind this? Why? We are sad without any reason? The unresolved issues in your subconscious mind are solid. You may have some past trauma. You may have some pain. So without any reason, it means the reason is not arising right now but something happened which has not been addressed yet, so because of that your body is living in the past. Okay, time is changing outside but it is not changing for your mind and body. So even without any reason you are waking up in the morning. You are not feeling energy. You are somewhere amidst people. You are lost. You are feeling emotional disconnect . Right? Right. Sometimes a person does not feel connected to himself. He gets depersonalization . It is very commonly seen in anxiety. Depersonalization is a state where a person does not feel connected to himself. He does not feel his feelings . His entire vagus nerve is as if dead at that time. So he does not feel the real happiness that we all feel naturally. He is laughing but it is fake. He is not feeling anything from within. This is how derealization happens in which one feels disconnected from the environment. You may be in the midst of many people. Other people are laughing, enjoying. You will feel what happened to them? Why is it so? Why are they laughing, enjoying? What is the matter? So, you feel disconnected from the environment as well . So, this is seen in anxiety, in many disorders. A person may be in very severe depression. So, all this does not happen due to present reasons . This happens due to past reasons that you have some issues inside you. You are afraid of something. You have had some trauma and all those things are still stored by the system inside you and this is a defense mechanism to protect you. It is temporarily disconnecting you from everywhere. .
